Laser Hair Removal Services Contract

1. Services Provided: The Service Provider agrees to provide the following services to the Client, as selected by the Client.

                        Laser Hair Removal

a) Laser Hair Removal: The Service Provider shall perform laser hair removal treatments. The specific areas and frequency of treatments shall be determined based on mutual agreement between the Service Provider and the Client. The Client may choose between the following packages: 

12-Session Package: This package includes twelve (12) laser hair removal sessions for specific areas as mutually agreed upon between the Service Provider and the Client.

*Laser hair removal is not permanent.  The packages above refer to Full sessions and do not apply to Touch Up sessions.  Touch Up sessions will be charged separately.  

By consenting to this Contract, the Client acknowledges their selection of services as indicated above. 

2. Payment Option: The Client shall have the following payment options for the services selected:

a) Pay in Full: The Client may choose to pay the total cost of the selected package(s) in full prior to the commencement of the first session.

3. Appointment Scheduling: 

a) The Client shall schedule appointments in advance for the Services. 

b) The Client agrees to provide at least 24-48 hours of notice for any appointment rescheduling or cancellation. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the loss of that specific session from the package. In the case of no-shows, the session will be considered redeemed without any refunds or rescheduling. 

c) Clients enrolled in the full 12-session laser hair removal package are entitled to priority booking and rescheduling privileges. This includes:

  • First access to available appointment slots.

  • The ability to rebook sessions within a 7-day window of the originally scheduled date without penalty, subject to availability.

4. Treatment Sessions:  Each treatment session will be spaced according to the recommended interval for optimal results (usually about 8-10 weeks apart).  Client is responsible for adhering to the scheduled treatment sessions within the Validity Period. 


  1. Upon completion of the full 12-session laser hair removal package, the Client will be eligible to receive 60% off future maintenance sessions for the same treatment area(s). This discount is applied to the standard single-session pricing in effect at the time of booking and is subject to change based on current service rates. This maintenance pricing benefit is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

5. Service Provider's Obligations: 

a) The Service Provider shall perform the services with reasonable care, skill, and diligence. 

b) The Service Provider shall maintain all necessary licenses and permits required to perform the services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Client's Obligations: 

a) The Client shall provide accurate and complete information about their medical history, skin conditions, and any medications that may affect the treatment. 

b) The Client shall follow all pre and post-treatment instructions provided by the Service Provider for optimal results and to minimize potential risks.

7. Package Expiration: The packages selected by the Client shall expire three (3) years from the date of purchase (Validity Period). Any unused sessions after the Validity Period shall be forfeited, and no refunds or extensions shall be granted.

8. Payment Default: 

a) In the event the Client fails to make the agreed-upon payments as per the selected payment option, the Service Provider reserves the right to suspend the provision of services until full payment is received. 

b) If the Client discontinues payment altogether, the Client shall forfeit the remaining unused sessions in the package, and the Service Provider shall not be obligated to provide any further services.

9. Risks and Limitation of Liability: The Client acknowledges that laser hair removal services may carry inherent risks, and results may vary from person to person. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or damages arising from the services unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

10. Pre- and Post-Treatment Guidelines: It is essential to follow the pre-treatment guidelines provided by our technicians to ensure the best results and minimize potential risks. Post treatment guidelines will also be given, and it is your responsibility to follow them diligently.


11. Refunds: Packages are non-refundable. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases and at the discretion of Silken Aesthetics. Any used sessions will not be refunded.

12. Silken Smooth Guarantee: The Service Provider offers a results-based guarantee for clients who purchase and complete the full 12-session laser hair removal package. If, after completion of all 12 sessions, the client has not achieved at least 75% permanent hair reduction in the treated area(s), the Service Provider will provide up to four (4) additional treatments at no additional cost, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Treatment Compliance:
    The client must attend all 12 sessions within the recommended treatment intervals (typically every 8-10 weeks) and follow all pre- and post-care protocols as instructed by the Service Provider.

  2. Hormonal Stability:
    The client must not have any diagnosed or suspected hormonal disorders or disruptions (e.g., PCOS, thyroid conditions, hormonal medications, testosterone, etc.) that may impact hair growth. Proof of hormonal status may be required to validate eligibility.

  3. Documentation and Assessments:
    The client must consent to photo documentation of the treated areas at baseline and designated intervals, and agree to progress assessments by the Service Provider to determine eligibility for the guarantee.

  4. Exclusions:
    This guarantee does not apply to clients who miss appointments, deviate from recommended treatment timelines, fail to comply with care protocols, or experience factors outside of the Service Provider’s control that may affect treatment results.

The determination of whether a client qualifies for additional treatments under this guarantee is at the sole discretion of the Service Provider based on documentation, compliance, and progress evaluations.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law provision or rule that would require the application of any other law. For purposes of any action or proceeding arising out of this Contract, the Parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of all federal and state courts related to Brevard County, Florida. 

14. Entire Agreement: This Contract contains the entire understanding and agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written.

15.  Text Message Communication: The Client hereby consents to receive text messages from Service Provider for the purpose of appointment scheduling, reminders, confirmations, follow-ups, promotions, and other service-related communications. By providing their mobile phone number to the Service Provider, the Client acknowledges and agrees to receive text messages and understands that standard messaging rates may apply. The Client may opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying with the keyword "STOP." The Service Provider will take reasonable measures to protect the Client's personal information and privacy and will use the mobile phone number solely for the purposes stated in this provision. This text message communication provision is an integral part of the Contract and shall remain in effect unless modified or terminated by mutual agreement in writing.

16.  Assignment. This Service Agreement and the rights and obligations hereunder may not be assigned or delegated by the Service Provider without the prior written consent of the Client; provided, however, no such consent shall be required to assign this Service Agreement in connection with either a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or any sale of all or substantially all of the Service Provider's assets or business relating to this Service Agreement, or any assignment to a parent, subsidiary, commonly-controlled entity, or affiliate.


Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms

By checking the box during the booking or purchase process, you (“Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Laser Hair Removal Services Agreement. You understand the policies regarding scheduling, payments, refunds, and the Silken Smooth Guarantee. You agree to follow all treatment protocols and guidelines as instructed by Silken Aesthetics, LLC.

Your acceptance electronically is legally binding and has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.
