Desiree Aviles
Silken Aesthetics was founded by Desiree, a licensed Esthetician and Electrologist. Her journey began with her own struggles against unwanted hair and the discomfort of ingrown hairs, experiences that deeply impacted her confidence. Discovering the art of hair removal was a turning point—her skin became healthier, and her self-assurance soared. This transformation inspired her to help others feel that same sense of empowerment.
Desiree’s philosophy is simple: focus on one thing and master it. With this belief, she has spent the past ten years refining her craft and leading her team to become industry experts. Every technique and treatment offered at Silken Aesthetics is the result of this dedication to excellence.

Mollie is Silken Aesthetics' corrective skincare and advanced facial specialist — and the reason clients who have tried everything else finally see results.
With over a decade of experience as a licensed esthetician in Orlando, Mollie specializes in hormonal acne, PCOS-related breakouts, post-acne hyperpigmentation, corrective skincare, and anti-aging facial treatments. She is trained in SkinPen microneedling (FDA-cleared collagen induction therapy), HydraFacial, buccal massage and facial contouring, and advanced chemical peel protocols including the Perfect Derma Peel and PCA Skin peels.
What sets Mollie apart is not just what she knows — it's how she applies it. She assesses every client's skin at each visit, builds personalized treatment protocols, tracks results over time, and adjusts her approach based on what she sees.
