How to Prepare for Your Wax:
Arrive with clean skin. Avoid oils and creams on the areas being waxed.
Inform your Esthetician of any skin sensitivities before your waxing treatment.
Exfoliate the area a day or two before your appointment to remove dead skin cells and help prevent ingrown hairs.
Allow at least 2 weeks worth of hair growth with the exception of the underarms which only need 5 days.
Take an ibuprofen (optional) 30 minutes before your appointment to reduce sensitivity.
Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing to avoid irritation after your wax.
How to take care after Your Wax:

Use our recommended after care products to prevent ingrown hairs between visits.
Don’ts
Avoid gym/ sauna and other strenuous activities that will cause irritation for 48 hours.
Refrain from touching the area(s) with unclean hands. This will cause bacteria to get trapped in your pores.
Avoid hot showers/baths as it can increase skin sensitivity.
Do not shave between treatments. This will disrupt the hair cycle and will cause the hair to grow back thick.

A full back wax takes about 20–30 minutes. Chest and stomach together run about 20–25 minutes. Both together typically takes 45–60 minutes depending on hair density. Eyebrow waxing takes 10–15 minutes. We move efficiently — no unnecessary waiting between pulls.
