What Exactly Is a Brazilian Wax?
A Brazilian wax removes all hair from the pubic mound, labia, and butt strip — though you can choose how much to remove. Want to keep a strip or triangle on top? That's fine. Want everything gone? Also fine. We customize to your preference.
A Deep V removes hair from the sides and top of the panty line but not the labia or butt strip. A Bikini Line is just the sides. A Brazilian is the full service.
How to Prepare
Let your hair grow for at least 2 weeks after your last shave — about 1/4 inch is ideal
Exfoliate the area gently 1-2 days before your appointment (not the day of)
Arrive with clean skin — no lotions, oils, or perfume on the area
Wear loose, comfortable underwear and clothing — you'll be glad after
Optional: take 200-400mg of ibuprofen 30 minutes before to reduce sensitivity
If you're on your period, that's fine — just wear a fresh tampon
Does It Hurt?
Most clients are genuinely surprised by how manageable it is. Here's the honest breakdown:
Your first wax is the most uncomfortable — hair is coarser and the skin isn't used to it
Each subsequent wax is noticeably easier as hair grows back finer
The whole thing takes 15-30 minutes — discomfort is brief

What to Expect During the Appointment
You'll be in a private room with your esthetician. You'll undress from the waist down — we provide paper draping. Your esthetician will apply warm hard wax in small sections and remove it quickly. It's thorough, professional, and completely private. Nobody walks in. Nobody makes it weird. We do this all day — you don't need to be embarrassed.
Aftercare
Avoid the gym, sauna, and hot baths for 48 hours
Don't touch the area with unwashed hands
Avoid tight clothing for the rest of the day
Don't shave between appointments — it disrupts the hair cycle and makes your next wax more painful
Use an ingrown hair serum between visits to keep skin clear
When to Book Your Next One
